Refund policy

All of our products are custom-made and crafted with care to meet your specific preferences. Because our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.

 

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before processing or shipment.

  • Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

 

Exchanges for Accessories & Pre-Made Items:

  • Accessories or pre-made (non-custom) items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and a service fee to cover handling and restocking.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and with all packaging intact.

 

We encourage customers to double-check all order details (including color, design, personalization, and shipping information) before checkout.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately with photos so we can review and assist as appropriate.
