Every case is handcrafted, so slight variations are normal. Your case will follow your chosen theme, colors, and uploaded image, but no two cases are identical.

What can I customize?

Choose your main color theme (yellow, purple, etc.), aesthetic vibe (grunge, Y2K, mom, gothic, pastel, teacher, etc.), and let me know any name(s), word(s), or details you want included. If there is anything you absolutely do not want (such as glitter), please state it as well. Every case is built to match your exact vibe.

What phone models do you support?

We offer cases for most iPhone and Samsung models. If you don’t see your device listed, please put the phone model in the custom submit via the personalization section

How long does it take to make my custom case?

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume. Each case is handmade with care.

What is your return policy?

Because each case is custom‑made, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.
